Amazon Show Audition Video
I was personally invited to audition for the first season of Making the Cut, a fashion design competition series hosted by Amazon. The outfits featured are all handmade by me. I directed the video and edited the footage and audio. Hair and makeup by me.

Stitched Season 1 Audition Video
I was personally invited to audition for the first season of Stitched, a fashion design competition series hosted in Canada. The outfits featured are all handmade by me. I directed the video and edited the footage and audio. Hair and makeup by me.
Project Runway Season 16 Audition Video
I was invited back to audition for season 16 after auditioning the previous year. This time, I was accepted into the second round of the selection process. That involved traveling to the nearest city to present a selection of garments in front of judges and a live camera. There I met Mondo Guerra, one of my inspirations from season 8, who told me he'd wear several of my items.
Raw Artists Showcase St. Andrew's Hall 2017
Runway and vendor art show. I presented a new collection of streetwear with many pieces using repurposed materials.

Fashion blogger Leah Vernon and I partnered to create two custom outfits. We did a photoshoot together to celebrate body positivity and diversity. Leah interviewed me and published it along with the photos on Muslim Girl Blog.
Project Runway Season 15 Audition Video
This was the first time auditioning for Project Runway. The minimum age is 21, so this was the year I became eligible to compete.
At the time, I was studying full time in university and working while sewing fashion collections for runway shows.
